TRD has revealed the a variety of F Sport goodies for the Lexus ES and we want it bad! Not only does it extend the lifespan of the ES, which has been around for years now, but it has also turned a ‘premium uncle sedan’ into one that even a learner driver would want.
The ‘sport parts list’ as Lexus puts it, consists of 10 different items including an Aerodynamics Package, wheels, and a sports muffler.

The Aerodynamics Package includes a front splitter, side skirts, side mirror caps, a sports muffler, and rear diffuser.

The front splitter is said to reduce drag, and channel air under the car and towards the side. It also helps improve stability and traction with better downforce.
The side skirts and side mirror caps continue to channel air towards the rear while the latter also reduces wind noise in the cabin by directing air away from the side windows more efficiently. The sports muffler and rear diffuser come hand-in-hand; the latter helps improve airflow out of the undercarriage for better stability.
TRD’s new collection also comes with new shoes for the ES made from forged aluminium. They’re available in two different sizes – 19 and 20 inches. To further improve the ES’ handling, as if TNGA hasn’t already, TRD is also selling a set of braces for the ES’ undercarriage. This helps increase the rigidity of the chassis for better control and road holding.

Inside lies a visual enhancement (by the door armrests) that even Lexus would be proud of. It features an Arrowhead monogram, a symbolic motif of Lexus, that consists of more than 70,000 lines laser-etched by hand.
