After first introducing the Mitsubishi CONNECT app last year in June, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has gone on to make further improvements to the app.
There is also an SOS Trace & Track function that allows the user’s loaction to be tracked via GPS. Once the user’s details are verified, assistance will be sent over immediately.
Initially, the app enabled users to book service appointments, receive service reminders and check their vehicle’s service history. The app also give customers access to 24-hours breakdown assistance, and more info of the nearest service centre.
With the latest updates, there are even more features and services avaialble on the CONNECT app.
There’s a new service status notification feature that allows users to monitor the progress of their vehicle’s service. The app will notify the owner when the vehicle is ready for collection.
The enhanced app now also helps users keep track of service costs, provide cost estimation for future services and warranty details. In addition, road tax and insurance renewal reminders will also be notified through the app.
Aside from the above, Mitsubishi owners can also stay up to date with Mitsubishi’s latest promotions, news, and events, search for product information and download e-Brouchures from the app.
