BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia today introduced the new i-Renewal digital service, Allowing BMW and MINI owners to renew their insurance policy easily and quickly through the online portal.
The BMW and MINI Comprehensive Motor Insurance Programme offered by the i-Renewal service is underwritten by Allianz General Insurance. Through the i-Renewal portal, customers can request for an instant quotation by providing some basic information, or renew their insurance policies directly on the website with only a few clicks.
To celebrate the launch of the new service, BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia will also be offering a one-year complimentary Enhanced Road Warrior coverage for every owner who successfully renews their insurance policy through the i-Renewal platform by 31 December 2020.
The Enhanced Road Warrior service provides additional Personal Accident coverage and other insurance benefits, as well as a range of comprehensive car assistance programme available around the clock, such as 24-hour emergency towing (unlimited towing distance), minor roadside repair, taxi assistance, arrangement of car rental and hotel accommodation, and international assistance, among others.

The new i-Renewal service is now available through the purpose-built website here. Additionally, BMW and MINI owners can also access the new digital service via BMW Engage here, or directly through the BMW Group Loyalty+ mobile application.
