TC Subaru launches online booking service for XV and Forester

TC Subaru, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, today introduced their online booking service in response to the Movement Control Order (MCO).

As car dealerships are classified under non-essential services, they must remain closed during the MCO as the country is working hard to combat the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The online booking service is currently available for the Subaru XV and Forester at https://onlinebooking.subaru.asia/xv and https://onlinebooking.subaru.asia/forester respectively. In order to secure their booking, customers will need to fill up the booking form, and submit a booking fee of RM188.

Upon successful submission, a unique booking code will be sent to the customer via email. A Subaru representative will be in contact within five working days to finalise the booking and carry out the necessary arrangements, including loan application, after the MCO is lifted.

The online booking campaign will run throughout the entire MCO period, which is scheduled to end on the 14th of April.

The Subaru XV is available in three variants – XV 2.0i, XV 2.0i-P and XV GT Edition 2.0i-P – priced from RM117,788. Meanwhile, The Subaru Forester is also offered in three different variants – Forester 2.0i-L, Forester 2.0i-S, and Forester 2.0i-S Eyesight – priced from RM149,788.

Both the Subaru XV And Forester are powered by the same 2.0-litre four-cylinder boxer engine, producing 156 hp and 193 Nm of torque, mated to Subaru’s Lineartronic CVT gearbox.

We have reviewed both cars in detail, so be sure to check out what we think about the XV and the Forester before you plonk down the booking fee!
