Volvo Car Malaysia has just announced the appointment of Sime Darby Swedish Auto Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad, as its latest dealer-partner.
This appointment comes as Volvo Car Malaysia aggressively expands its dealership network across the nation, in line with the second phase of the brand’s transformation plan.
Volvo Car Malaysia Managing Director Nalin Jain said, “We are committed in the expansion of our dealership network to allow our customers a greater range of showrooms and service centres to choose from, in line with our effort to deliver the best customer journey within the premium automotive segment.”
Volvo joins a line up of seven other brands under Sime Darby Motors. Volvo Car Malaysia believes that with their strong background in the premium automotive segment, Sime Darby Swedish Auto has the potential to deliver the brand’s vision for the market.
Sime Darby Swedish Auto has selected Ara Damansara to host their 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre, and the retail outlet will be operational in the coming months.
