Are you itching for a new SUV to ferry your prized possessions, or just trying to join in the SUV craze? Fret not as Bermaz Motor, the sole distributor of Mazda vehicles in Malaysia, will be previewing the 2019 Mazda CX-5 at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall starting from the 4th to the 9th of September 2019, alongside other Mazda models including the recently launched Mazda 3, CX-9 and MX-5.
Visitors to the roadshow will also be able to have an exclusive first look at the 2019 Mazda CX-5 powered by a 2.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder. The newest addition to CX-5 range is expected to come with new technological features to complement the new engine.
The new Mazda CX-5 variant will be opened for booking during the roadshow. Prices have yet to be revealed but expect that to happen very soon.
As a recap, the 2019 Mazda CX-5 will be powered by a 2.5-litre SkyActiv-G petrol turbocharged engine producing 230hp and 420Nm, paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission sending drive to all four wheels. This latest generation Mazda CX-5 is expected to be offered with the GVC Plus torque vectoring system to improve vehicle control.
