Rolls-Royce adds three more hues to its 44,000-strong bespoke colour palette

When inspired by ‘by the hills, sand and sea surrounding Pebble Beach’, Rolls-Royce took the liberty to showcase the creative colour capabilities of the artisans back at the factory at Goodwood at the 2019 Concours d’Elegance.

The chosen canvas of the Pebble Beach 2019 Pastel Collection is a trio of Rolls-Royce Black badge models. It starts with the Ghost Black Badge in Light Green Solid; the pastel green represents the rebirth of the flora on the Monterey peninsula following the years of drought and fire. The hand-crafted leather interior is black mixed with a splash of Serenity Green.

The convertible within the collection is the Dawn Black Badge in Coral Solid; requiring seven coats of paint and more than nine hours of hand polishing in the Surface Finish Centre at Goodwood. The new pastel colour carries over to the Dawn’s aero cowling, giving it a characterful yet aggressive exterior. The Dawn Black Badge interior is finished in Artic White and Sunset, taking after the northern California hills and valleys.

The final piece of the trio is the Wraith Black Badge in Semaphore Yellow, a bright and sunny finish for the most powerful member of the Rolls-Royce family. The Wraith Black Badge features a Selby Grey and Lemon interior with the Black Badge Starlight Headliner. Have fun browsing the other 44,000 colours when customising your Roller.
