Video: Mark “Fassbender” Raine of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia – Boss Torque


You see their names in the papers, you come across their pictures on the Internet but most times, how these high-ranking executives really are in person and what goes on in their minds is a mystery to most of us.

So here it is, a new series that brings together all the big boys from different car manufacturers, to the grill.

In this first episode, you have the quick-talking, eloquent, super-wired VP of Sales & Marketing of Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, Mark Raine, on one side of the Mercedes-AMG G63, while the other, you have the aggressive, no-nonsense business journalist, Khoo Hsu Chuang from BFM89.9’s “The Breakfast Grille”.

Mark has been in Malaysia since 2014 and in that period, had transformed the Mercedes-Benz brand beyond local recognition. His tenure in Malaysia however has ended and will be progressing to a new role in South Korea.
