Point S, the world’s leading tyre and car service dealer network has just opened its third outlet in Malaysia here in SS2, Petaling Jaya. Strategically located in the heart of PJ, the newly established outlet was officiated by French Ambassador to Malaysia, His Excellency Frederic Laplanche and the new outlet will serve as the flagship store for the entire South-East Asia (SEA) region
Established in 1971 in France, Point S is a tyre dealer association created by independent business owners in the early 70s. Following its booming success, Point S is now represented in 32 countries with over 3,500 outlets worldwide. At every Point S store, you can expect tyre and car maintenance related services such as full range of tyre change, alignment, balancing, oil change, air-conditioning service and many more. The newly opened flagship store has eight dedicated service bays and is able to accommodate all types of vehicles – Continental makes, JDM, lowered, 4×4, you name it.
Point S Malaysia has also partnered with Pirelli Asia to establish a Pirelli Performance Centre at this facility, further highlighting Point S’ expertise in the tyre industry. Other named partners include LiquiMoly, BFGoodrich, Bridgestone and many others.
Besides that, Point S Malaysia has also partnered with GoCar Malaysia car rental service provider where customers can rent a car at a discounted rate while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. The two GoCars are parked in the vicinity of Point S SS2, how convenient!
Point S currently has three outlets in Malaysia – SS2, SS15 and Kayu Ara with plans to expand their presence in East Malaysia in the coming months. Point S SS2 will officially be opened for business on 15 January 2018.
