Honda Thailand has released a teaser image via their social media channels, containing a glimpse of what appears to be the new Civic Hatchback with a message telling viewers to be patient and wait for the countdown.
According to sources, Honda Thailand is prepping for the launch of the Civic Hatchback which is said to be within this month. Only a single variant will be offered, powered by the L15B7 turbocharged 1.5-litre with 171 hp and 220 Nm, paired to a CVT.
The Civic Hatchback is said to be priced between the Civic Sedan 1.5 Turbo and the Civic Sedan 1.5 Turbo RS, which is currently selling at THB 1,099,000 and THB 1,199,000 respectively. More details will be released nearing to the launch, and it will eventually make an appearance at the upcoming 2017 Bangkok Motor Show in March.
