New Toyota Camry 2.0G X introduced in Malaysia, priced at RM160k

UMW Toyota Motor introduced a new variant to its D-segment sedan line-up in Malaysia, the new Toyota Camry 2.0G X. UMW has started taking in orders for this ‘upgraded’ version of its 2.0G, which is priced at RM159,900 in Peninsular Malaysia.

Camry X Front

The introduction of this new variant is meant to give one extra choice to potential Camry buyers in Malaysia should they look for a different, or rather a better version of the 2.0G. Fitted in between the Camry 2.0G and the top range Camry 2.5V, the 2.0G X is equipped with more goodies. For only RM1,000 more than the 2.0G variant, you get a set of larger wheels, dark bezel front and rear lights, dark brown leather seats, power rear sunshade and navigation system with reverse camera.

  1. pls don’t buy any toyota coz mine was 2009 camry 2.0G..up to now already skim and changed of brake disc and pads so many times and all toyota can say is it’s due to tear and wear, road condition, usage condition etc..
please note that the 1st skimming was on dec 2010 at the mileage of 36K and changed brake disc and pads on jan 2011 at 41K and the list continues..
attached are the letter from their customer service, Mr Edmond Lim
very disappointing with the explanation and quality from toyota…my proton with higher mileage also never have this problem at all…so how good is toyota car??
