KLIMS 2026 returns this June with live concerts, free weekday entry


The 11th edition of the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) has officially been locked in for 12 to 21 June 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur.

Brought together by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) alongside Qube Integrated Malaysia and the Malaysia Automotive Robotics and IoT Institute (MARii), the 10-day event shares an alternating schedule with the Malaysia Auto Show (MAS). This year, the event extends the “Beyond Mobility” theme to spotlight alternative energy, electrification breakthroughs, and future-ready transportation ecosystems.

“Malaysia’s automotive sector continues to demonstrate strong momentum, with total industry volume (TIV) reaching 820,752 units in 2025,” said Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) President Mohd Shamsor bin Mohd Zain.

“Backed by government support and rapid technological evolution, this edition of KLIMS will focus strongly on sustainability, electrification, and a future-ready mobility ecosystem to drive real progress for the nation,” he added.

The exhibition will occupy close to 30,000 square metres of gross space spanning seven halls at MITEC. Participating car brands include Dongfeng, GWM, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, Maxus, Mazda, MG Motor, Nissan, Perodua, Proton, Proton eMAS, Smart, Toyota, Wuling, Xpeng, and Zeekr. Additionally, accessories and service brands will be represented across all seven halls.

KLIMS 2026 introduces Urban Play, a custom-built obstacle course experience designed to challenge power, precision, and control. This edition also features special performances and activities through a collaboration with Riuh.

Visitors can look forward to live celebrity performances from an anticipated lineup of Malaysian artists, including FUGŌ, Kyoto Protocol, Adrian Danial, and TY:DEL.

The lineup also features a drumline performance by Voice of Percussion, a fusion dance performance by Siluman Production, a live recording of The Overdrive Session Automotive Podcast, and a Hobbyist Hub filled with local marketplace vendors. Pokémon fans can also experience playing the new Pokopia Pokémon game.

The excitement extends to interactive attractions, including a DJ playground, a modified car battle, remote control car tracks, and race car and flight simulator challenges. Visitors can also check out a massive display of over 200 cars from participating car clubs, and take advantage of over 60 cars available for test drives.

Ticketing for KLIMS 2026 is completely free for all public visitors on weekdays from Monday to Thursday. For Fridays, weekends, and public holidays, admission is RM30 for adults aged 12 and above, a flat rate of RM15 for senior citizens aged 60 and above, OKU cardholders, and students with valid IDs, and free for children below 12 years old.

Frequent attendees can purchase an Unlimited Access Pass for RM80, while groups of five or more can opt for a 5-pax bundle pass for RM100, reducing the cost to just RM20 per person.

To access the venue, visitors can utilise direct bus pickups from MRT Titiwangsa and LRT Pasar Seni, or van shuttles running from the MATRADE open car park and the National Hockey Stadium. Continuous shuttle loops will also operate across eight nearby points: Mahkahmah Masjid, Persekutuan MITI, MATRADE, Publika Shopping Centre, Hyatt Midtown Hotel, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Jalan Duta, the Hockey Stadium, and the Tennis Stadium.
