2025 Lotus Eletre now up to RM100k cheaper in Malaysia – refreshed lineup from RM499k

Following the recent refresh of the Lotus Emeya, Lotus Cars Malaysia has now announced a similarly refreshed 2025 Lotus Eletre lineup. The electric hyper SUV is now available here with numbered variants like its saloon sibling, and at a far more approachable entry price tag — RM100,000 less than before.

Now offered here in five new variants in Malaysia, the range starts with the base Lotus Eletre 600 and tops out with the Eletre 900 Sport Carbon, priced from RM499,000 to RM839,000 on-the-road and without insurance.

Kicking off with the base Lotus Eletre 600, the car comes standard with LED Matrix headlights, 20-inch alloy wheels, and active air suspension with Continuous Damping Control. Inside, it features a 15.1-inch full HD OLED display paired with dual 12.6-inch driver and passenger displays, complemented by a 29-inch head-up display. The cabin is also generously equipped with four-zone climate control and a 15-speaker KEF sound system for all your banging tunes.

Performance wise, the Lotus Eletre 600 comes standard with a dual-motor setup producing 612 hp and 710 Nm to all four wheels. This enables a 0-100 km/h time in just 4.5 seconds, with a top speed of 258 km/h. The base Eletre variant is fitted with a 112 kWh battery that allows for a WLTP-rated range of 600 km and can charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes via a 350 kW DC fast charger.

Lastly, the 600 Sport SE variant adds an active rear spoiler with the Lotus Dynamic Handling package, along with soft-closing doors and the Comfort Seat Pack featuring ventilated and massage functions.

Moving to the 900 Series, the 900 Sport variant is fitted with a more powerful dual motor setup, featuring 918 hp (675 kW). Power is set to all four wheels via a two-speed transmission, enabling a 0-100 km/h time of 2.95 seconds with a top speed of 265 km/h. Packed with the same battery as the 600 series, it boasts a maximum range of 500 km (WLTP). Along with the Lotus dynamic handling pack and active rear spoiler, the 900 series sports a Quart interior theme with LotusWear Performance Fabric.

Sat at the top of the range, the 900 Sport Carbon variant, as the name suggests, is generously kitted out with the extended exterior and interior carbon pack. It also gains extra creature comforts such as ventilated, massaging front seats and soft-closing doors.

The 2025 Lotus Eletre in Malaysia range starts at RM499,000 for the base 600, followed by the 600 GT SE at RM569,000 and the 600 Sport SE at RM649,000. Stepping up to the 900 Series, the 900 Sport is priced from RM769,000, while the 900 Sport Carbon tops the range at RM839,000. All prices mentioned are on-the-road, and without insurance.
