Geely has released official images of their latest small EV hatchback, Xingyuan. Positioned under the Geome (or Geometry as it was previously known) brand, the Geely Xingyuan will be offered in two variants, aimed to compete directly against the BYD Dolphin.
Previously revealed in a regulatory filing with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the new official photos give us our best look yet at the Geely Xingyuan, which adopts a smooth overall shape with a cute appearance.

It has a roundish styling with a sleek body, raindrop-shaped headlights, flush door handles, and a blacked-out two-tone roof. The rear end of the Xingyuan has the “Geome” inscription placed between the uniquely-shaped taillights. A small roof-mounted spoiler gives the cute silhouette a slightly more imposing stance.
The Geely Xingyuan boasts a dimension of 4,135 mm in length, 1,805 mm in width, and 1,570 mm in height, underpinned by a 2,650 mm wheelbase. The vehicle’s kerb weight ranges from 1,215 kg to 1,285 kg. In comparison, the BYD Dolphin measures 4,125 mm in length, 1,770 mm in width, 1,570 mm in height, and is underpinned by a 2,700 mm wheelbase.

Inside, the Geely Xingyuan’s most unique feature is probably the illuminated city view pattern on the dashboard and door cards, acting as its ambient light. The unique twin-bubble dashboard design is offset by a D-shaped two-spoke steering wheel, alongside a sizeable suspended infotainment display in the centre.
Other features found on the interior include two wireless charging pads, and a small paddle-style gearshift lever, two-tone upholstery, and a small instrument cluster behind the steering wheel.
Geely Xingyuan is powered by Flyme Auto OS, a car operating system developed by Meizu, a smartphone company Geely now owns. Flyme Auto offers deep integration with Meizu phones, extensive customization, gaming capabilities, and an AI assistant.
