Denza Malaysia has confirmed that pricing for the Denza D9 electric MPV, its sole model on sale here, will remain unchanged for 2026.
The company states in its press release that “Rather than passing policy changes onto customers, Denza is focused on protecting ownership confidence while supporting Malaysia’s transition towards electrification.” But a small script in the statement’s fine print reveals that the existing pricing is only applicable to the “2025 model”.
As the cars were imported into the country last year, they were still eligible for the tax exemptions for fully imported (CBU) electric vehicles (EVs) – and thus no import tax and excise duties are applicable to these cars – no matter when they are registered.
As such, pricing for the Denza D9 will currently remain at RM259,000 for the front-wheel drive (FWD) Advanced variant and RM309,000 for the all-wheel drive (AWD) Premium variant — both on-the-road and without insurance.
Denza Malaysia did not clarify how many units are still available, nor how long these inventory units will last. But the company claims that the Denza D9 is the country’s most popular luxury MPV, with over 1,200 units already sold since it made its local debut in February 2025.
Nevertheless, Denza Malaysia is offering several extra incentives for these 2025 model year units in conjunction of its first anniversary in the Malaysian market this coming Februar, worth up to RM10,000 for the FWD variant and RM15,000 for the AWD variant.
These benefits include a complimentary high-power 22kW wallbox charger with professional installation worth up to RM6,000, a comprehensive six-year/120,000km free service package worth up to RM5,000, and a six-year vehicle warranty. All offers are available for a limited time and are subject to terms and conditions, so those interested are encouraged to act quickly.
In addition to the added benefits, Denza owners will also be treated to a range of lifestyle experiences, including invitation-only events such as the Denza Golf Cup, premium dining experiences, and exclusive travel privileges that will be announced at a later date.

The Denza D9 Advanced FWD is powered by a single front electric motor producing around 313 hp and 360 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h time of 9.5 seconds. It runs on a 103.36 kWh Blade lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, delivering up to 520 km of range (WLTP).
The Denza D9 Premium AWD adds a second motor for all‑wheel drive, increasing output to roughly 374 hp and 470 Nm, and cutting the 0-100 km/h sprint to about 6.9 seconds. With the same 103.36 kWh battery, its WLTP range is slightly lower at around 480 km due to the added power and dual‑motor setup.
Both variants support 11 kW AC and 166 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 30-80 % charge in 30 minutes and up to 150 km of range added in just 10 minutes of DC charging.
