Denza Malaysia revises D9 scheduled service interval – first service at 20,000 km or 1 year

Denza Malaysia has announced a new revised service interval for the D9, which has moved the fully electric MPV’s first service to 20,000 km or one year, compared to 5,000 km or three months from before.

Denza says the decision reflects their confidence in the quality of the D9. By extending the service interval, the brand wishes to improve the ownership experience by bringing more convenience, allowing customers to spend more time enjoying their vehicles on the road.

BYD Malaysia Managing Director, Eagle Zhao, said, “This extension of our first scheduled maintenance interval is a testament to the exceptional quality and durability embedded in every Denza vehicle.”

“We are immensely proud of our engineering excellence, which allows us to confidently offer this enhanced convenience to our valued customers. This move not only underscores our commitment to delivering a premium ownership experience but also reflects our unwavering belief in the long-term reliability of our products,” he added.
