Jetour Auto Malaysia has launched the all-new 2025 Jetour VT9 in Malaysia as a fully-imported (CBU) model at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 with local assembly (CKD) production to commence in the future. Previously known by a very different name, the Jetour VT9 is now officially available here in two variants, both configured as a seven-seater, and is priced from RM119,350 on-the-road, without insurance.
- Jetour VT9 Comfort variant – RM119,350
- Jetour VT9 Prime variant – RM124,350
Dimension-wise, the Jetour VT9 measures 4,724 mm long, 1,900 mm wide, 1,720 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,720 mm. Compared to the Proton X90 which occupies the same segment, the Jetour VT9 is actually smaller in every dimension, aside from width.
Compared to its smaller sibling, the Jetour Dashing, the VT9 has a more conventional exterior design – a contrast to the Dashing’s distinctive appearance. The VT9 also maintains an aggressive aesthetic compared to the typically minimalist designs of its cousins from Chery and Jaecoo, featuring more sculpted front and rear bumpers and quad tailpipes. Boot space on the Jetour VT9 is rated at 89 litres with the third-row up and can be expanded to 1,680 litres.
