This is the Neta GT, the Chinese carmaker’s two-door all-electric sports coupe. Not yet launched in Malaysia, this is just a showcase of the car at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024.
In China, the Neta GT is available in two variants, namely the 560 and the 580 AWD, with prices starting from 188,800 Yuan (approx. RM122,345). On the outside, the Neta GT is designed to look sporty, but also to be functional as a sports car. It has a drag coefficient rating of 0.21 Cd and is fitted with a set of 19-inch alloy wheels as standard.
Powering the entry-level Neta GT 560 is a single-motor rear-wheel drive (RWD) setup, producing 170 kW (231 hp metric) and 310 Nm. This enables it to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.
The Neta GT 580 AWD, on the other hand, is powered by a more powerful dual-motor all-wheel drive (AWD) setup that churns out 340 kW (462 hp metric) and 620 Nm, making it possible for the car to perform the century sprint in just 3.7 seconds. Both variants have a top speed of 190 km/h.
Thanks to a 64.27 kWh battery pack, the Neta GT 560, as its name suggests, has a CLTC-rated driving range of 560 km. The 580 AWD variant on the other hand has a 78 kWh battery pack that enables it to travel as far as 580 km (CLTC) on a single charge.

Moving inside, the Neta GT in China gets a 2+2 seating setup along with Nappa leather seats as standard. At the centre is a 2.5K resolution 17.6-inch touchscreen infotainment head unit, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 system-on-a-chip (SoC).
Safety-wise, the Neta GT is equipped with active safety features such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Front Collision Warning (FCW), and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB). Other features like Front Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) are also included. What do you think about the Neta GT?
