Tesla Malaysia has announced three new colour options for the Model Y, namely Quicksilver, Stealth Grey, and Ultra Red, now available on the brand’s online configurator. The three new colours are all cost options, priced at RM7,500 for the first two, and RM11,000 for the Ultra Red.
For now, the Quicksilver option is exclusive to the Model Y. Stealth Grey and Ultra Red, meanwhile, are shared with the new Tesla Model 3 Highland facelift, together with Pearl White, Solid Black, and Deep Blue options.
The new Ultra Red colour replaces the Red Multi-Coat from before, while the Midnight Silver from before has now been replaced with two different shades of grey – the Stealth Grey being the darker hue, and Quicksilver a little lighter.
The new colours are a little more expensive than those it replaces, however; the Red Multi-Coat was RM10,000, and Midnight Silver was RM5,000 – the same as the black and blue options.

At least, you’ll be able to order these colours on any Model Y variant you choose: the base RWD at RM199,000, the Long Range RWD at RM246,000, or the Performance AWD at RM288,000.
Deliveries for the Tesla Model Y has recently begun, nearly eight months after the model was unveiled in Malaysia back in July last year. In the time it took for the Model Y to arrive in Malaysia, Tesla has already given the compact crossover a slight update, available to customers at no charge. These include new dashboard material, laminated windows, as well as a slightly increased range for both the RWD and Long Range variants.
