The all-new Maserati GranTurismo has landed in Malaysia and its prices start at RM738,000 for the GranTurismo Modena and top off at RM878,800 for the GranTurismo Trofeo. Both prices are before taxes and duties.
It might not look like it, but the GranTurismo you see in the picture above is an all-new version of this grand tourer. According to Maserati, the choice to adopt the same styling for this all-new version was made to honour its most iconic model that trace its roots back to 1947 and for the GranTurismo to be instantly recognisable. If you’re having a hard time telling it apart from its previous generation, follow Woon in this video for a full walkthrough of the all-new GranTurismo.
The two versions of the all-new GranTurismo are powered by the same new Nettuno 3.0-litre twin-turbo 90-degree V6 engine, which first made its debut on the MC20 supercar. That engine is slightly detuned here, with the Modena variant getting 490 hp and 600 Nm, while the Trofeo version brings it up to 550 hp and 650 Nm.
Paired with the engine is an 8-speed automatic ZF transmission for both the Modena and Trofeo. Both cars are all-wheel drive (AWD) and this allows for a sub-3.9-second 0-100 km/h acceleration time for the Modena and a 3.5-second century sprint time for the Trofeo. The Modena and Trofeo have their top speeds capped at 302 km/h and 320 km/h respectively.

While things may have only been slightly tweaked on the outside, the GranTurismo’s cabin has been reworked significantly. It inherits design touches from the Grecale and the GT has been given amenities such as a new 2-stage infotainment system and a 12.2-inch digital instrument cluster.
In addition to the two versions of the all-new Maserati Grantuismo that have been launched in Malaysia, a third version will soon make its debut. It will be electric and it will be propelled by 3 electric motors.
