Continental awarded as Mercedes-Benz Preferred Partner in Asia Pacific



Continental has just been awarded the Mercedes-Benz Preferred Partner status in the Asia Pacific region, which includes Malaysia. This status is valid between September 2023 and August 2025, and will give Continental access to central order and sales tools linking to Mercedes-Benz’s network, and a direct online platform to fulfil orders.

Joint promotions and customer events are also introduced to benefit and elevate the in-store retail experience for car owners.

Mercedes-Benz GLS

Continental is one of Mercedes-Benz’s top partners worldwide for the original equipment (OE) tyres, as well as the tyre replacement business. It equips the whole range of the carmaker’s portfolio, from the A-class all the way to the GLS-Class. Tires fitted onto the cars include the SportContact 6, EcoContact 6, EcoContact 6Q, PremiumContact6, and SportContact 7.

In support of this partnership, the German tyre manufacturer is committed to working closely with the customer’s retail channels to meet aftermarket demand and supply the subsequent changes needed throughout the life of those vehicles.
