Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Asbenz have opened a new autohaus (German for car dealership) in Langkawi. This new autohaus is Asbenz’s fourth outlet, joining its existing autohaus in Kedah, Pahang, and Terengganu. Situated on a 38,323 sq ft plot of land, the new autohaus features 15,696 sq ft of showroom and amenity spaces.
Amenities available here include the Star Lounge and access to the Mercedes-Benz lifestyle collection. Customers are also able to view and purchase vehicles from Mercedes-Benz brands including Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Maybach, and the Mercedes-Benz G-Class.
Asbenz’s new Mercedes-Benz autohaus in Langkawi features up to 10 fully equipped work bays, which are capable of accommodating the service needs of up to 79 vehicles every month. As expected, service maintenance and major repairs conducted here will also be carried out by Mercedes-Benz’s certified trained technicians.
Mercedes-EQ customers can also utilize the on-site charging facilities that have already been set up at this new autohaus in Langkawi. Additionally, the new autohaus is also offering other services such as Mercedes-Benz’s Express Service 2.0, door-to-door service, drop & go, online booking, maintenance service and care package, unit repairs and electrical diagnosis. The 24 hours roadside/emergency assistance, assistance in insurance claim processes, and insurance and road tax renewal services are also provided here.
