Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) and Goh Brothers Motor have opened Volkswagen Setia Alam, the latest addition to the Volkswagen network in Malaysia. After the Juru and Ipoh outlets, this is the third Volkswagen dealership under Goh Brothers Motor.
Opening as a 4S centre, the Volkswagen Setia Alam facility spans 60,000 square feet and is four storeys high. 2,790 square feet is dedicated to the Mezanine Floor showroom where a total of eight cars can be displayed, complete with a guest lounge.
The service centre, which sits on two floors and spans a total of 10,200 square feet, is manned by 15 experienced aftersales staff that can service up to 30 Volkswagen vehicles per day.
In conjunction with the opening, Volkswagen Setia Alam is inviting Volkswagen owners who have not serviced their cars for over six months for a complimentary 20-point safety diagnostic and health check, which is available throughout the month of October.
VPCM Managing Director, Erik Winter said, “Our good relationship with our dealer partner, Goh Brothers, has culminated to the opening of the Setia Alam dealership. On the opening, Goh Brothers Motor Managing Director, Mr Goh Kian Sin said, “With the expansion of the business in the new area, Volkswagen Setia Alam will serve the community within the township and surrounding areas, including Shah Alam and Klang. Volkswagen Setia Alam operates from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (sales), while aftersales services are available from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 am to 5:30 pm.
