Video: 2022 Maserati Grecale GT, Modena & Trofeo now in Malaysia, 5 Things

Naza Italia has made available the all-new, first-ever Maserati Grecale in Malaysia with three variants available – the base model GT, the Modena and the savage Trofeo variant. Unfortunately, prices were not revealed as it was just a preview.

It was still enough for the Maserati Grecale to indicate that it has what it takes to wrestle some customers away from the Porsche Macan. Not only is it NOT a Porsche, but it’s also festooned with Italian flair. It’s got headlamps inspired by the MC20 supercar, taillights that pay tribute to the Maserati 3200 GT from the early 2000s and triple air vents on the front fenders – a Maserati signature.

Wheel options range from 19-inch to 21-inches, with the largest allocated for the Trofeo variant. Air suspension and the large Brembo 6-pot calliper brakes are only available in the Trofeo as well. Even the door handles are a little more unique, with the switch tucked inside the door handles for a more flush look. A panoramic sunroof can also be specified.

The cabin is breath of fresh air as well; everything from how the seats and steering design just induces excitement and if you’re into the digital stuff, there are three digital displays to contend with – for the instrument cluster, the infotainment display and air-con controls.

There’s more to it too….but we’ll let the video do the talking instead!
