Team Malaysia wins big at the Mercedes-Benz Regional Service Excellence Awards



Mercedes-Benz South East Asia II, the regional office that oversees the operations of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Brunei, recently held a Service Excellence Awards ceremony honouring its partner network.

The Regional Service Excellence Award Ceremony is an occasion for Mercedes-Benz in the region to highlight the importance of its aftersales business in addition to honouring and celebrating the commitment of its dealer partners and employees in the region who have done their utmost to uphold and enhance the Mercedes-Benz ownership experience.

Now in its second year, winning dealerships are announced for this highly prestigious award that is dedicated to customer satisfaction, aimed to motivate retail service personnel who have a direct impact on Mercedes-Benz’ customer’s ownership experience.

Nine Malaysians were awarded the Top Service Advisor Award, the largest quantity among the six nations in Mercedes-Benz South East Asia II. A total of 32 awards were presented at the night ceremony, and the coveted Top Dealer Award went to:

  • Champion – Hap Seng Star (Bukit Tinggi)
  • 1st Runner Up – Hap Seng Star (Iskandar)
  • 2nd Runner Up (tie) – Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Northern) – Alor Setar
  • 2nd Runner Up (tie) – Hap Seng Star (Kota Kinabalu)

Cycle & Carriage Bintang Georgetown meanwhile were honoured with the Most Improved Dealer Award.
