All-new Ford Ranger spotted in Thailand with new C-shaped headlamps!

The all-new Ford Ranger has just been spotted plying the roads of Thailand, with an anonymous photographer sharing clear details of the front of the new pick-up truck. It certainly looks stylish and more macho thanks to the large headlamps and the accompanying C-shaped DRLs.

Overall, the front design does have plenty of similarities with the Ford Maverick ‘compact’ pick-up in the US. The Maverick is based on a Ford Escape mid-sized SUV and has no relation to the traditional Ranger pick-up truck.

Last week, Ford Asia Pacific released a single image of the all-new Ranger, focusing on the design of the rear quarter. The company also said the development team is completing the final leg of its programme with real-world driving, hence the bright ‘urban camouflage’ scheme.

This certainly attracted the anonymous photographer to take a few images and share them on social media via the #NextGenRanger tagline.

Early last month, Ford Asia Pacific official released a video of the all-new Ranger going through test driving on sand, mud, rock and even snow terrain, highlighting its strong performance over off-road conditions.

Ford Thailand brings pick-up racing to the masses with the Ranger XL Street. Racing stripes done right too!

Ford will officially fully reveal the all-new Ford Ranger in the coming weeks, but sales will only begin a few months into the new year.
