UMW Toyota Motor has rebranded the Toyota Merit customer rewards and loyalty programme to Loyal-T. The revamp brings greater value, enhanced convenience and better rewards that extends to all Toyota owners.
Similar to the outgoing Toyota Merit programme, Loyal-T continues to award points to customers who service their vehicles, purchase spare parts and new vehicles as well as body and paint repairs at any authorised Toyota outlets. Annual renewals of insurance premiums are also eligible for the collection of points.
Accumulated points can be exchanged for E-service vouchers which customers can then redeem for future services. All transactions are catalogued via the smartphone app called Toyota Drive, which also store copies of service records.
Last week, the company also introduced a new smartphone app that is concentrated on providing customers with free roadside repairs and towing called 24Seven. More about the new app here.
To sign up for the Toyota Loyal-T Programme, download the free Toyota Drive smartphone app that is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Customers are required to register their and vehicle details with UMW Toyota Motor and all information is maintained and safeguarded in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010.
