Lamborghini reveals limited-edition Aventador called the “Korean Special Series”

No, if you’re wondering whether Lee Min-ho or Bae Suzy had anything to do in the design and development of this ultra-limited edition Aventador S Roadster, sorry to disappoint.

But rest assured, the Korean Special Series edition is every bit as Korean (culturally speaking) as all the crying and sobbing commonly associated with the South Korean TV shows.

The Korean Special Series is the collaboration of Lamborghini Seoul and Automobili Lamborghini to create a symbolic model that connects the spirit of Korea and Italy. Its design however would be inspired by rich and unique Korean tradition.

The Green Ocno colour on the exterior symbolises ‘warm Korean sentiment’ while the Blue Emera colour symbolises ‘intelligence and wisdom’. As for the Bianco Leda colour on the inside, it symbolises ‘the white-clad race’ – meaning the national spirit of Korea.

The Aventador S Roadster Korean Special Series is powered by a 6.5-litre ntaurally-aspirated V12 with 740 hp and 690 Nm. It accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in just three seconds, while 0-200km/h will be clocked in just nine seconds. Top speed? 350 km/h, just like the Aventador Coupe S.
