The momentum of new model introduction continues at both BMW global as well as BMW Group Malaysia. After announcing the release of the CKD BMW X7 and BMW 740Le M Sport just three weeks ago, BMW Malaysia announces the introduction of the new facelifted G32 BMW 6 Series GT alongside the new BMW 5 Series.

The locally-assembled BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo (GT) is only offered in a sole 630i GT M Sport variant, and is priced starting at RM400,839.05 inclusive of SST exemption with the standard two-year, unlimited mileage warranty.

EXTERIOR

Similar to the facelift treatment on the BMW 7 Series, the BMW 630i GT M Sport sees a redesigned front bumper with better integration of the (larger) kidney grilles and slimmer headlamps, which are now BMW Laserlight units.

The laser light technology follows the course of the road ahead in high-beam mode, and for the first time, adapts illumination even in low-beam mode. In laser high-beam mode, the range increases to a maximum of 650 metres – nearly twice as far as that of conventional high-beam headlights.

Key exterior highlights in the new BMW 630i GT M Sport include:

  • Active rear spoiler
  • 20″ wheels in Star-spoke style 817M Bicolour with run-flats

Specific M Sport items which are the steering wheel, foot pedals and door sills continue to decorate the interior of the new BMW 630i GT M Sport, while new items are the BMW Live Cockpit with a pair of 12.3-inch screens as standard. The graphics in the driver’s display follow the theme of the BMW Operating System 7, where more information can be display due to the vastness of the displays.
