BMW Malaysia is offering the BMW M Performance Parts for the new 5 Series available from launch.
Two packages are available, as well as individual items. For now, the items are strictly cosmetic and focused on the exterior. The first package is priced from RM15,711.60 after a 10% discount, valid until the end of the year, and it consists of:
- Kidney grille in High Gloss Black
- Pair of side mirror covers in carbon fibre
- Pair of M Performance accentuation strip (stickers)
- Pair of M Performance side sill wrapping
- M Performance rear bumper trim in gloss black plus matte black diffuser
- Rear boot spoiler in Matte Black
Individually, the side mirror covers in carbon fibre are one of the most expensive items, costing RM4,551.82 before discount. If you just like the body stickers, they retail at RM916.15 after the 10% discount. Â
The second package is the popular Shadow Line package where all exterior trim pieces in bright chrome will be changed to high gloss black. For this package, the kidney grille, window surround and air duct trim at the fender will be changed at a special retail price of RM5,000 for the new 530i variant.
All prices exclude labour and installation charges, and applicable at all BMW authorised dealerships in Malaysia.
The locally-assembled new BMW 5 Series starts at RM317,534 for the 530e M Sport, with the new 530i M Sport priced from RM368,122. Both are on-the-road prices, without insurance, inclusive of SST exemptions, and the standard two-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
From July 1st 2021 onwards, the prices will be bumped up to RM340,800 and RM395,800 for the BMW 530e M Sport and 530i M Sport respectively here in Malaysia, inclusive of an extended warranty and service package.
