Perhaps the worst thing anyone can experience during a festive season, be it Hari Raya or Chinese New Year, is not being with their loved ones.
With Chinese New Year “cancelled” earlier this year, and now Hari Raya Aidilfitri, it’s hard not to feel for those who are unable to make their interstate trips. We really miss visiting our friend’s houses for lemang and rendang too.
Featuring local actor and comedian, Jihan Muse, it’s obvious that video serves to showcase the Xpander’s unique selling points – such as the rear underfloor storage, good ground clearance, cruise control to name a few – but there’s also a deeper meaning to it.
In a way it’s much like the saying, “Home is where the heart is”. No matter where we are, Hari Raya can be just as special. Perhaps we can take this time to reminisce and reflect on past celebrations, build on this difficult time to make the upcoming ones even better.
It may be easier said than done, but a positive attitude goes a long way in times like these. When things are down, the only way is up. Hang in there and stay safe everyone!
