Need your BMW or MINI serviced, but just don’t have the time for it? Good news – introducing the new Service Fast Lane Centre, a new dedicated service centre by Auto Bavaria Penang with the sole purpose of getting customers back on the road in the shortest time possible.
Located along Jalan Sungai Pinang in Georgetown Penang, the new stand-alone facility boasts a built-up area of 30,000 square feet, consisting of a premium customer lounge, six service bays, and two RATC (Reception at the Car) bays.
The new Service Fast Lane Centre specialises solely on quick service and repairs, all tailored for better efficiency and time optimisation. These include regular vehicle maintenance, wear and tear repairs, tyre replacement, and cosmetic repairs.
“Our Service Fast Lane Centre is designed to fit customers’ routine with minimal interruption. Service appointment scheduling is also flexible, allowing customers to bring in their cars at a time most convenient to them. With Service Fast Lane, service and repairs are done in a fraction of the time while customers sip their coffee and relax at our lounge,” said Auto Bavaria Managing Director, Vi Thim Juan.
The estimated cost of service – both parts and labour charges – will be provided to the customer during the booking process, alongside the duration needed to complete the service. This is to ensure complete transparency, allowing customers to make informed decisions about the maintenance of their vehicles.
To celebrate the new opening, customers who send their cars in for service at the new BMW and MINI Service Fast Lane Centre within the month of May 2021 will be offered a complimentary 72-point check inspection.
The new Service Fast Lane centre is located at No. 3, Jalan Sungai Pinang, 10150 Georgetown Penang. Operation hours are 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday, and 8 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday; the new Auto Bavaria outlet is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
