Remember the time when a certain camouflaged MINI was used to tow a Boeing 777 plane? Well, it has finally arrived in Malaysia with a price tag of RM225,888 but with the Sales Tax Exemption, it’s priced at RM218,381. MINI says a quarter the total units brought into the country have been booked up.

When driving, brake energy regeneration from decelerating the vehicle not only feeds back into the high-voltage battery but also allows for the vehicle to be driven using only a single pedal. Within just 2.5 hours, the all-electric MINI can be charged up to 80% using the MINI Wallbox Plus. As it is fully electric, the T-shaped battery pack is positioned where the conventional exhaust system would sit.
EXTERIOR
The all-electric MINI is available in White Silver with Energetic Yellow exterior finishing, along with the British Racing Green and Chili Red colour options. The grille blades will be available in two colours – Vigorous Grey and Energetic Yellow. There are also aero-optimised mirror caps either in Black or Energetic Yellow.
