At long last, the new Volkswagen Arteon is here in Malaysia and was launched side-by-side with the new Tiguan Allspace 7-seater.
The new Arteon is available in a sole variant – the R-Line – and is locally-assembled in Pekan, Pahang. Perhaps the most stylish Volkswagen on sale in Malaysia at the moment, the successor of the Volkswagen CC sports a distinctive front end, frameless windows and a dramatically-sloping roofline that results in a stunning rear 3/4 view.
The Arteon is powered by the same engine found in the Passat launched recently and is also equipped with the Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) as standard; offering five different driving modes – Eco, Comfort, Normal, Sport, and Individual.
Priced at RM221,065 on-the-road without insurance, the Arteon R-Line also comes with a5-year unlimited mileage warranty, 3-year free scheduled maintenance package, and 5-year roadside assistance. The new Arteon R-Line will be on display as part of the Volkswagen Tour, happening 12th till 16th of August 2020 at 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
