The updated 2020 Perodua Myvi will now be available with the more capable Advance Safety Assist (ASA) 2.0 and a new colour called Electric Blue. Other colours available before such as Peppermint Green and Mystical Purple have been taken away from the colour options list.
Colours available now include Ivory White, Glittering Silver, Lava Red and Granite Grey. Granite Grey in now offered in all variants except the 1.3 G. Previously, it was only available for the 1.5-litre variants.
Previously only available in the range-topping Myvi 1.5 AV, the new Advance Safety Assist (ASA) 2.0 driver assistance system seen in the Aruz, Axia and facelift Bezza, is now available in both 1.5 AV and 1.5 H models. It is also available as an option for the 1.3 X.
The ASA 2.0 comes with Pre-collision Warning (up to 100 km/h), Pre-collision Braking (up to 80 km/h) and Pedestrian Detection (up to 50 km/h). In the first generation ASA, the Pre-collision Warning and Pre-collision Braking only worked up to 30 km/h. Also offered in the ASA 2.0 is the Front Departure Alert and Pedal Misoperation Control.
