Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, today announced the ‘Service Relief Promotion’ campaign offering savings and peace of mind to its customers during these challenging times. The campaign runs from today until July 30.
Customers making a service appointment at any Ford authorised service centres during the campaign period can benefit from discounts of up to 20% on selected OEM parts, as well as timing belt and lubricant packages. Additionally, SDAC Ford is also offering a 10% discount on the labour fee on said packages.
If your Ford vehicle is not due for service yet, you can still take advantage of the complimentary 27-point vehicle inspection, conducted by Ford-certified technicians at all authorised service centres to ensure your vehicles are in tip-top conditions.
SDAC Managing Director, Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz said, “We always aim to deliver value-added benefits and services to our customers. People still need to go about their day-to-day activities in this time of uncertainties and we hope these savings will help lighten their load.”
For customers unable to make a warranty service appointment due to the Movement Control Order, SDAC-Ford is offering a grace period until June 30 for customers to schedule an appointment with any authorised Ford service centres to keep their warranties intact.
