For a limited period, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia is adding a new variant to the Mitsubishi Triton model line-up in the shape of the Triton Knight, albeit over 120 units in total and only available in ‘White Diamond’.
In essence, the Triton Knight is an accessorised version of the top-of-the-range Triton Adventure X and adds a grey front bumper garnish, hood protector, body stickers and side window deflectors. On the inside, the Knight gets carpet mats with red stitching and customised scuff plates.
Otherwise, the rest of the Triton Knight remains unchanged from the Adventure X, which means you get a plethora of standard equipment that includes All Round Monitor (overhead camera view when negotiating tight spaces), digital video recorder, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.
The Triton Knight is priced at RM137,900, which is the same as the Triton Adventure X, but for existing customers of Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, there is an additional cash rebate of up to RM3,000 if you purchase any variant of the Triton, or if you are a pick-up owner (all brands), you’ll also receive a RM2,000 rebate on any Triton you may fancy, both cash incentives are on top of current promotions.
The Mitsubishi Triton range of pick-ups is priced from RM79,890 for the recently launched Triton Quest 4×2 – the most affordable pick-up truck in the Malaysian market.
