Proton has just officiated the new Proton 3S Centre in Kuantan, operated by Pesat Auto CTM Sdn. Bhd. (Pesat Auto). The new 3S centre is the third dealer outlet in Kuantan to carry Proton’s new corporate identity.
Located centrally along the main road in Kuantan, the new 3S centre will house 6 servicing bays and 4 hoists, in a built-up area of 750 square meters. Pesat Auto says that the new outlet will boost sales by 30%, and service throughout by 40%.
The new 3S centre is Proton’s latest step forward, bringing the total number of 3S and 4S outlets to 102.
Proton’s Chief Executive Officer Dr. Li Chunrong said that, “What we are trying to do is to ensure that when a customer walks into a Proton outlet, they immediately feel the Proton experience. We emphasise customer care, and more importantly, addressing any issues in a professional way.
“We understand, that listening to customers cannot be an option – it is a priority. The more we engage with the needs of our customers, the better we are able to serve them and solve their problems,” he added.
Proton is looking to maintain their upward trend in sales growth. With 9,127 units sold in August, and a 36% year-on-year growth, Proton is confident to close the year with high numbers.
Dr. Li added, “We will continue to embark on this transformational journey, and we will strive to continue to wow our customers. Hopefully with more upgraded 3S & 4S outlets in place nationwide, we will slowly but surely draw more customers to the brand.”
The new Proton 3S centre is located at Lot 3588, Jalan Seri Teruntum 6, 25100 Kuantan Pahang. The showroom will be operating from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 9.30 am to 5.00 pm on Sundays; servicing workshop will be open from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
