At the tail end of 2017, Nissan introduced the NISMO heritage programme that would allow owners of the R32 Skyline to purchase new and original replacements parts from them.
A year on, they went on to expand the range of replacement parts for the R33 and R34 as well.
In their latest announcement, not only are there additional replacement parts for the RB26 engine, NISMO will now also offer the legendary engine itself for sale.
The new parts include the engine block, cylinder head, fuel pump assembly, muffler assembly and the original engine harness. Body parts such as the roof and rear 3/4 panel (for the R32) will also be sold.
The block of the RB26, that’s capable of making over 1,000 hp as some videos on YouTube would show, will set you back 170,000 yen (approx. RM6,200).
The cylinder head, on the other hand, is priced at 187,000 yen (approx. RM6,800) for the R32 and 425,000 yen (approx. RM15,600) for the R33 and R34.
