For RM128k, the Mazda CX-5 2.0 GL is the most “value for money” SUV on sale

Before this 0% GST saga, the Mazda CX-5 2.0 GL was already widely known as one of the most good-looking, practical and cost-effective SUV (or even vehicle) you can buy at just RM135,665.50.

Now, with a “6% discount”, it’ll only set you back RM128,030.99 and sure, it may not have leather seats, keyless entry, adaptive headlamps and LED tailights among others, it’s still quite a lot of car for the money – you can’t even get an entry-level Honda CR-V for that sum.

Regularly spend countless hours online looking at cars and parts I can't afford to buy. How a car makes you feel behind the wheel should be more important than the brand it represents - unless resale value is your thing.
