Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has finally introduced the fifth-generation Nissan Serena S-Hybrid to the Malaysian market and here are Things You Need 2 Know about the latest seven-seater MPV:

Powered by an updated MR20DD 2.0-litre Twin CVTC (Continuously Variable-Valve Timing Control) four-cylinder petrol hybrid system and XTRONIC CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), the hybrid powerplant is good for 150 hp and 200 Nm of torque. Drive is deployed exclusively to the front wheels.

With a plethora of premium features available such as LED projector headlamps, hands-free dual powered sliding doors, dual-back door, seven USB charging port, 360-degree Intelligent Around View Monitor and more, the Nissan Serena S-Hybrid’s equipment list is uncontested in the market.

Pricing starts from RM135,500 for the Highway Star variant while the Premium Highway Star is RM12k more expensive (RM147,000), both prices quoted are on-the-road without insurance. A 5-Years Unlimited Mileage Warranty comes as standard while early adopters will enjoy a complimentary 3-Years or 60,000 km maintenance service package.
