The third-generation Acura RDX premium SUV, representing the most extensive Acura redesign in more than 10 years, is set to make its global debut in January next year.

The new RDX will be the first model in a new generation of Acuras inspired by the “Precision Crafted Performance” concept – signalling a new era of design for the luxury automaker.

Designed and developed for the first time in the USA, the RDX will be built on a new, Acura-only platform and incorporates key design elements of two recent concepts – the Acura Precision Concept and Acura Precision Cockpit.

The Precision Concept styling will see the SUV adopting a low, wide and sleek presence while the Precision Cockpit will deliver an all-new interior design, user interface and operating system designed from the ground up.
