Audi Malaysia, together with Euromobil Sdn Bhd have officially launched the newly relocated Service Centre in KL. The centre is located along Jalan Chan Sow Lin, just 300 metres away from the older building.
The upgraded service facility, which has a total build-up area of 34,272 sq ft, costs about RM11.3 million from start to finish and now sees its aftersales team grow from 21 staffs to 47. According to Euromobil, this staff increment will result in an increased throughput from just 2,500 to over 11,000 service throughputs annually.
Of the 47 staffs, 15 are certified Audi technicians who will work on diagnostics, regular maintenance works and even major repairs for engine and transmission overhauls. The 10,247 sq ft workshop houses 25 service bays including alignment and balancing bays, as well as a dedicated bay for the Audi R8. To facilitate quick repair works, the centre has an inventory value of nearly RM2 million, with Euromobil investing approximately RM2.3 million in tools and equipments.
The new Audi/Euromobil KL Service Centre is located along Jalan Enam, Kawasaki Perindustrian Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.
