Slithering into the new year, TC Subaru, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in Malaysia, is kicking off the Lunar New year celebrations with attractive rewards and offers.
From 6 January to 28 February 2025, customers can enjoy savings of up to RM31,000 on selected Subaru models, along with a guaranteed-win lucky draw. Prizes include an instant RM1,888 cash rebate with every booking or an HD dashcam with installation.
Subaru’s current lineup in Malaysia includes the Subaru XV, WRX, Forester, BRZ, and the Outback. The latter, launched last year, is priced from RM280,390 on-the-road (OTR) without insurance and is available in two variants:
- Subaru Outback 2.5i-Touring EyeSight – RM280,390
- Subaru Outback 2.4 XT Touring EyeSight – RM310,390

Two powertrain options are available for the Outback, depending on the variant. The first is a 2.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder boxer engine producing 169 hp and 252 Nm of torque.
The second is a turbocharged 2.4-litre four-cylinder boxer engine producing 249 hp and 350 Nm of torque. Both engines are paired with an eight-speed Lineartronic CVT gearbox.
Both variants of the Subaru Outback in Malaysia are equipped with Subaru’s EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, which includes ADAS features like adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist, and driver monitoring assist.
All Subaru models sold in Malaysia include a comprehensive five-year warranty and service package as part of the purchase price.
