Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has announced that the all-new 6th generation Triton pick-up will be launched in October 2024 and is now open for booking.
There will be five variants for the all-new Triton. The top-spec Triton Athlete is estimated to cost RM170,000 while the new Triton Single Cabin will start from around RM102,000.
Both the single and double-cab models of the 2024 Triton are powered by 2.4-litre turbo diesel engines. The Triton Single Cab produces a best-in-class 184 hp and 430 Nm while the Double Cab variants pump out 204 hp and 470 Nm.
“Mitsubishi Motors has produced approximately 5.6 million pickup trucks spanning five generations over 45 years since its first launch in 1978. With a record of sales in 150 countries, the pick-up truck is a global strategic vehicle for Mitsubishi Motors,” said Shinya Ikeda, CEO of MMM.
With the all-new Triton, the first 500 customers who place a booking via Mitsubishi Online Showroom will receive an early bird gift – a 60L folding storage box worth RM450.
