Mercedes-Benz Malaysia recently celebrated the graduation of 42 globally certified technicians from its Advanced Modern Apprenticeship (AMA) programme.
The latest batch of graduates successfully completed the three-year programme and joined the ranks of over 950 graduates produced by the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Training Academy since its inception in 1984.
The AMA programme is known for its rigorous training modules and global certification standards, which ensure apprentices meet international benchmarks in automotive service excellence. The programme is supported by an investment of RM100,000 per student from Mercedes-Benz Malaysia throughout its duration.
These 42 graduates completed the AMA programme in August 2025 and officially joined the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Customer Services Network, which currently comprises more than 1,000 highly skilled service personnel across the nation.
Each graduate received multiple globally recognised certifications and is offered a four-year guaranteed employment opportunity within the company’s Service Network. Beyond the apprenticeship, the company encourages continuous skill improvements through pathways such as Certified Diagnosis Technician and Certified Service Advisor.

In addition to celebrating the graduation of graduates from the AMA programme, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has also recognised 37 retail personnel from Malaysia and Singapore who achieved Mercedes-Benz Professional Certifications in C-Management, Certified Service Advisor, and Certified Diagnostic Technician.
These certifications highlight the company’s structured career development framework, encouraging individuals to continuously upskill and adapt to new technologies, electrification, and mobility innovations.
