Proton announced that they will be working with Continental Malaysia to roll out integrated tyre services at selected authorised Proton service centres nationwide.
This collaboration brings forth new services to improve customer convenience when owning Proton cars. Such services that will be made available in 3S/4S centres include comprehensive tyre sales, tyre installation, and after sales support in partnership with Continental Malaysia.
By December 2025, Proton aims to have 60 authorised Proton service centres nationwide to offer these services.
Proton owners can now purchase tyres directly from the centre during their routine service. Protons says that the tyres will be competitively priced starting from RM211 for the Proton Saga.
Customers who purchase a set of Continental tyres in said Proton service centres will also benefit from Continental Malaysia’s Total Confidence Plan (TCP). The plan includes a one-year road hazard warranty along with one-to-one tyre replacement in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Adding onto these services is payment flexibility. Direct Lending Financing will be available for those who choose to manage their tyre payments through monthly instalments.
Proton Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Proton Edar Chief Executive Officer, Roslan Abdullah, said, “While Proton’s headlines over the past few years have focused on our strong sales performance and the launch of new models, we’ve also been investing heavily in after sales services to elevate the customer experience at our authorised service centres.”
