After exhausting the W213 E-Class, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has finally unveiled the all-new 2024 W214 Mercedes-Benz E-Class in Malaysia. It will come in CKD form in two variants: the E200 and the E350e AMG Line. Prices start from RM355,888 for the E200, and go up to RM418,888 for the E350e, on the road and without insurance.

The W214 Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been redesigned with a slightly larger footprint. It now measures 4,949 mm long, 1,880 mm wide, and 1,468 mm tall, with a wheelbase that has been extended by 22 mm to 2,961 mm. The increased dimensions contribute to a more spacious interior, including a cargo capacity of 540 litres (460 litres on E350e due to hybrid battery pack).

On the outside, the all-new W214 Mercedes-Benz E-Class features a completely new design language, which is in line with the marque’s other latest models, including the S-Class and the C-Class. The two models are differentiated by their exterior trims – the entry-level E200 comes with the Avantgarde exterior package. In contrast, the range-topping E350e AMG Line is equipped with the sportier AMG Line trim.

Interior-wise, the all-new 2024 Mercedes-Benz E-Class comes equipped with the the MBUX Superscreen, which is an evolution of the Hyperscreen seen in the Mercedes-Benz EQS. This advanced system includes a large front passenger screen, which offers enhanced functionality while incorporating a blocking feature to prevent distractions for the driver.
