Both versions of the engine are paired with a 9-speed automatic gearbox, sending power to all four wheels via the brand’s all-wheel drive (AWD) system.

The P200 powertrain makes 200 hp (metric) and 320 Nm, allowing the Evoque to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.6 seconds, onwards to a top speed of 216 km/h. The P250 powertrain on the other hand puts out 249 hp (metric) and 365 Nm, enabling the SUV to perform the century sprint in just 7.6 seconds and achieve a top speed of 230 km/h.

Inside, the facelifted Range Rover Evoque in Malaysia now sports a new 11.4-inch “floating” curved glass central touchscreen and runs on the brand’s Pivi Pro infotainment system. The new screen essentially which the previous model’s dual-screen infotainment setup.
