Hyundai N Vision 74 production model reportedly coming this month!

Back in July 2022, Hyundai unveiled its N Vision 74 concept to the world. Looking like a DMC Delorean, the concept is powered by a combination of batteries and a hydrogen fuel cell. A recent report from Korean media Money Today suggests that a production version of the N Vision 74 could be coming out later this month.

The N Vision 74’s design pays tribute to the original Pony coupe concept in 1974. Its design is an uncanny resemblance to the DMC Delorean featured in Back to the Future.

The original Pony coupe was designed by legendary automotive designer Giorgetto Giugiaro. The supposed production version of the N Vision 74, on the other hand, will reportedly be designed by Fabrizio Giugiaro, the son of the legendary designer.

As mentioned above, powering the concept coupe is a combination of batteries and a hydrogen fuel cell, with power sent to the rear wheels. Thanks to two electric motors, the Pony Coupe is capable of generating 680 hp and 900 Nm of torque.

Money Today has also reported that Hyundai is planning to reveal the production version of the concept coupe on May 27, 2023, at a ‘Pony Day’ event that will be held at the company’s studio in Seoul. We sincerely hope Hyundai won’t disappoint us, as the N Vision 74 has been one of the most hotly anticipated Korean cars in a while.
